On December 23rd, 2006 our Neighbor, who has Cancer, brought us a Christmas gift & talked to us for about 2 hours. In that time she expressed many feelings of dismay & anger. She stated that the only thing in the world that is good for her now is her 2 year old grandson who was coming to visit with his mother on the 24th. We asked if she had a Christmas tree, and she said no. She wanted to hire me to make a video about her experiences, while she had been sick, with friends, family, doctors and insurance companies. After she had left both my wife & I looked at each other and said, Wow! That night we surprised her with a tree and made this Documentry while putting it up.
Anyone who has Cancer or a bad sickness, knows someone who does, Is in a Medical profession or in the Insurance business should watch this DVD. Something needs to be done. Our Heath Care system is clearly a mess & the way people treat one another is clearly wrong. She got terrible health care even though she has 5 Doctors in her family.
