Martyn Stubbs is a former cable TV station manager who, over a period of five years, used his station's satellite array in to secretly record 2,500 hours of space shuttle transmissions via NASA's downlink. Since March 11th, 2000, when some of Martyn's footage was first released on video there has been considerable debate as to the origin and makeup of UFOs seen within the footage.
